Terms of Service

Gloryyfunding is a proprietary trading evaluation platform operated from Dubai, United Arab Emirates. By creating an account or purchasing a challenge, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, you must not use the platform.

To use Gloryyfunding, you must be at least 18 years old and legally able to enter into binding agreements. You confirm that participating in simulated trading evaluations is lawful in your country of residence.

Access may be restricted or unavailable to residents of certain jurisdictions where proprietary trading services are prohibited or restricted, in line with industry standards.

Gloryyfunding provides simulated trading challenges designed to evaluate trading skill and risk management. All trading activity during challenges is conducted in a simulated environment.

Upon successful completion of a challenge, users may become eligible for a funded stage, where payouts are based on simulated performance and paid from Gloryyfunding’s own funds, similar to traditional proprietary trading firms.

No client funds are traded on live markets.

Gloryyfunding offers multiple evaluation models, including 1-Step Challenges and 2-Step Challenges, each with predefined objectives and risk limits.

Key parameters may include:

• No time limits
• Defined profit targets (where applicable)
• Maximum drawdown limits
• Daily drawdown limits
• Profit split and payout schedule
• Optional scaling plans

Specific parameters are displayed at the time of purchase and form part of these Terms.

All users must follow the trading rules assigned to their selected challenge. These rules are designed to reflect realistic trading behavior and risk management.

Trading practices commonly restricted by proprietary trading firms may be limited or prohibited. Gloryyfunding reserves the right to evaluate trading activity for rule compliance, consistency, and integrity.

Violation of trading rules may result in challenge failure, account termination, or forfeiture of eligibility for payouts.

Gloryyfunding challenges have no time limits, allowing traders to progress at their own pace. However, all risk parameters remain strictly enforced at all times.

Eligible traders may request payouts according to the conditions shown in their funded account, typically on a 7-day payout cycle.

Payout eligibility requires full compliance with all rules. Gloryyfunding reserves the right to withhold payouts in cases of rule violations, abuse, or suspicious activity.

All fees paid for challenges are non-refundable, except where required by applicable law.

Once a trade has been placed, no refunds will be issued. Chargebacks or payment disputes may result in permanent account suspension.

Trading involves risk, including the risk of loss. Past performance, whether real or simulated, does not guarantee future results.

Gloryyfunding does not provide investment advice, financial recommendations, or portfolio management services.

Gloryyfunding reserves the right to suspend or terminate any account that violates these Terms, trading rules, or engages in abusive, fraudulent, or manipulative behavior.

Decisions regarding rule enforcement are final.

Gloryyfunding shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of the platform.

Use of the service is at your own risk.

These Terms of Service are governed by the laws of the United Arab Emirates, without regard to conflict-of-law principles.

Gloryyfunding may update these Terms at any time. Continued use of the platform constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.

The Supplier is Gloryyfunding. Payments are settled via Odeonpay ALE S.R.L. (“Paysagi”), acting solely as Merchant of Record for transaction settlement purposes. Paysagi is not the supplier of the goods or services. Payment settlement is subject to Paysagi’s Terms of Use, available at https://paysagi.com/terms-of-use/, which are presented to customers during the payment process.
